In each sip, there’s a story. At Velen Winery, our story starts with love: Our owners, Rebecca and John, first met at the Texas vineyard where John worked at the time. Like fruit on the vine, their feelings for each other grew each day, and it wasn’t long before they married. Later, the couple decided to plant roots in the Pacific Northwest -- in 2015, John and Rebecca (and their dog, Tex) headed to a farm house in Zillah, WA, and laid down Velen Winery’s very first vines. Now, we’re happy to share our pours with families, couples, and more in our tasting room and outdoor spaces. Drop by to taste our bold and crisp wines, take in the view of the neighboring mountains, share a picnic, and enjoy each other's company.
