They say they take scrap metal. So woman brings in scrap that is weighty and she knows has value. This Randy Heistand woudn't bother to wiegh it. Woman sees a lot of ladders. As she is in the market for a certain height, she inquires.
"Call me on Monday." when of course, he knew he would not be there. Leave a message is going though the uselees motions. Over a week and no call back.
