Green Bow Farms--Ellensburg wa......Having the WORST experience with Mathew. Had this extremely rude guy Mathew cut and wrap our beef this year for the first time. Hamburger packages were covered in blood and paper wrap of steaks and roasts were splattered with blood. Opened a 2 pack of T-bones and found poorly wrapped in cyclophane with big gaps open to the air (This would have been a freezer burn mess in less than a month let alone 6 mos.) Now I have to go unwrap ALL the meat and foodsaver it i guess so it doesn't freezer burn---I payed these guys 1.25/lb to cut and wrap !!! These are the steaks pictured with the tenderloin missing...wonder where that went ??? I sure didn't get any. We had 3-4 more cattle set up to be cut and wrapped there but canceled them. I know a lot of people and I'm gonna let everybody I know about this !!!!!! Signed John Makins Yakima WA john@chinookts.com
